2. Gaming Services
Ride Oasis provides gaming entertainment services including but not limited to:
- Console gaming experiences
- PC gaming setups and rentals
- Virtual Reality experiences
- Mobile gaming tournaments
- Gaming equipment consultations
3. Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use our services independently. Users under 18 require parental consent for certain services. Some gaming content may have age restrictions as per ESRB ratings.
4. Facility Rules
When visiting our gaming facility, all users must:
- Treat equipment and facilities with respect
- Follow staff instructions and safety guidelines
- Respect other gamers and maintain appropriate behavior
- Report any equipment issues immediately
- Not consume food or drinks near gaming equipment
5. Reservations and Cancellations
Gaming sessions require advance booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
Ride Oasis provides gaming services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Technical issues with gaming equipment
- Loss of personal items
- Injuries resulting from user negligence
- Game progress or data loss
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our facility, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Ride Oasis or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance for all gaming services. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
